'Add category' function on 'Triage' page

At the moment, I can only see a way to add a new category from within the project settings. I'd find it useful to be able to add a new category when in triage, and also when adding a new feature. Could a project admin see an 'add new' option in the drop-down category selector when adding a new feature?
