Native app
The PWA push notification is easily missed. In order to get a more persistent notification or ring, implement a native app for organisers.
Allow organiser messages
When logged in as an organiser, allow posting messages without needing a guest message. These could be internal to the admin interface, or pinned so that they show up on the visitor page for all guests. E.g. 'we're just getting ready, give us 5 mins and we'll open the doors'
Customise keyword replies for organisers
Keyword messages for guests are configurable. Organiser responses should also be customisable. 'Go to side entrance', etc.
Display organiser profile image to guest
When an organiser replies to a message, their name is shown. If the organiser provides a profile image the guest will know what they look like and who is coming to get them so that they can make themselves known in a busy environment.
Branded intercom page
Display custom logo/colours/background for the event intercom page.
Alternative interaction types
Support other types of message than intercom pings, especially in other contexts.
